He assisted us in selecting materials and had suggestions on how to fix damaged items to prevent any future incidents. We are not local and Bob provided feedback, updates and photos as the work was completed. Bob and his team finished the work on time and right on budget and even worked with us when we added and changed design features. He even returned to do a minor job not related to the first one. His team is kind and cleaned up very well as the job was continuing and when completed."

Bob inspected all the work himself and made sure things were re-done if needed to ensure a final, top quality product. Since I decided to buy the materials myself, he made sure I knew exactly what I needed to purchase and took care of a couple of things I forgot without complaint. He responded to me quickly on any questions or concerns and was very patient when I changed my mind on a couple of issues. I was in Florida for the winter while a lot of this work was going on and he let me know about other issues (shingles blowing off the roof after a bad wind storm) and volunteered to fix these for me which I really appreciated. I enjoyed working with him and am thrilled with my new bathrooms. I am going to renovate my kitchen this year and will be going back to him."

He showed up when he said he would, did a quality job, and cleaned up any resultant construction mess. Here's what was done- The end of the deck closest to the house was sagging a few inches because 4x4 posts on the undercarriage had some rot. New footings were dug/poured, new 4x posts were installed along with new header and braces in 2 spots. Worth the money."
